ParentZone is a smart phone and tablet app which brings you closer to your child’s development at nursery. You will be able to see a timeline of your child’s day at nursery, with notes, photos and videos of your child’s daily activities. It also allows you to contribute your own photos and notes from home if you wish.  

ParentZone goes hand in hand with our software package called iConnect which our carers use on a daily basis through the iPads in the rooms, which allows them to update you on your child’s eating, sleeping, nappy changes and observations etc. throughout the day.   

Through the app, parents can also create a printed book straight from ParentZone to cherish and keep forever.  Each book contains a collection of 21 chosen photos and are the perfect way to capture your child’s special moments at Noddy’s. 

The system is very secure. For the techy types among you the connection is made using a secure server holding a 256 bit SSL certificate (typically your internet banking uses 128 bit). You will be the only one outside of the nursery that can view your child’s profile and you will access it with a unique and secure log in.

Notice required for leaving the nursery

Children must only leave the nursery at the end of a school term.

                                  Term dates                            

                                                                  Spring term          1st January           -       30th April

                                                                  Summer term       1st May                 -       31st August

                                                                  Autumn term        1st September      -       31st December

Notice must be received in the school office by the following dates for the notice to be applicable for the forthcoming term:

                                             To leave the nursery at the end of Spring Term       -       Notice must be given prior to 1st February  

                                             To leave the nursery at the end of Summer Term    -       Notice must be given prior to 1st June

                                             To leave the nursery at the end of Autumn Term     -       Notice must be given prior to 1st October

Notice required for decreasing attendance at the nursery                                                                                                               

In order to decrease attendance for a forthcoming term, notification must be received in the school office by the following dates:

          To decrease attendance for Spring Term (effective from 1st January)         -       Notice must be given prior to 1st October

          To decrease attendance for Summer Term (effective from 1st May)            -       Notice must be given prior to 1st February

          To decrease attendance for Autumn Term (effective from 1st September)   -      Notice must be given prior to 1st June
